    Charger problems

My charger is charging all of my lipos to anywhere from 4.20 to 4.25 volts per cell. I know it should be stopping at 4.20 volts per cell. Is it time for a new charger and what one would you recommend?

    go with one from hobbypartz
    they have OK customer support
    their prices are really cheap
and their chragers are still good quality
some of them have dc plugs and some have both ac and dc so best of both worlds

If nobody comes back from the future to stop you, how bad of a decision can it be?
