so far total ive only spent about 300 on the entire buggy. Got a mamba max pro esc for 50 dollars of a local racer.

It's way difrent to drive than 2wd. If its drifting and you hit the grass, it almost always pulls out of the drift. It's gonna take some getting used to for racing but whenever i get out to the track with it, i will post a vid.

I was doing some runs down the sidewalk in front of my house and it started to wander on me and hit a light pole at full speed with only the right front wheel! It bounced off and flew a good 6 feet backwards of the direction it was traveling. I went over to it fearing the worst but surprisingly NO DAMAGE AT ALL! I check all of the alignments and everything but not one bent or stressed part!

I kept running it and after awhile it started making a loud binding noise then about 5 minutes after that, you could hear the motor turning but it had barely any punch so I pulled it in and it COMPLETELY ground down the pinion gear to hardly anything, almost like it melted and it was rreeeeallllyyy hot. so now i gotta get a new pinion but ill admit, i was using the junk castle pinion that came with my kit so i kinda expected it to fail.

As soon as i get a new pinion and I go to fort walton or foley track, ill make a vid of it and my slash 2wd also.

haha yeah i have my tmaxx 3.3 my slash vxl and my erevo mamba monster and the price contest is between my erevo and my slash haha but ive had my slash for a couple months longer

I tried racing the buggy for the first time and the front face of my motor broke. I replaced the front and rear bearings and soldered the front plate on the motor so hopefuly it will hold but ive ordered a tacon 2150kv motor that is the same size as a castle monster motor so it should hold up better.
