Spartan or Widow Maker 22

At first i was set on the Traxxas Spartan, but then I watched Jeremys unboxing of the Proboat Widow Maker 22. I am I huge fan of Traxxas, but then I saw the Widow Maker and I loved it. The Spartan is waterproof and really fast. Is the Widow Maker waterproof and how fast does it go? I was also wondering if it's possible to swap out the stock motor and put in the Traxxas Velineon 3500 and 1 3s LiPo. How much was the Widow Maker cost? And what is your opinion Jeremy?
