Reply With QuoteIf it's anything like their other vehicles, it'll be a great entry level rig. We sold one and haven't had any issues with it, we only had issues when ECX first started. They were still under the Electrix name, they had esc issues, but they were replaced with no problem.
About their CS,
They are under Horizon Hobby (same as Losi) and have outstanding customer service. HH is also the parent company for Blade helicopters, I bought their MSRx and after a few days of flying, the mainboard started acting up. I called HH and they told me they were sending a new mainboard, a couple days later I had a new RTF MSRx on my patio, so I have a parts heli as well as a spare charger, remote and battery.
