i found out it was my brushes.
I was breaking in my integy 35t,after the first break in session i took it apart for inspection all looked well.after the second session i took it apart again, all still looked well so i put it back together. I pulled the trigger on my controller and it is having trouble spinning, however it spins freely by hand. i noticed on the side opposite the pinion gear side it seems to be hanging up there for some reason. any ideas?
Do you know what caused the damage?

i think it was from taking it apart to inspect the putting it back together.Thats all that i can think, they are the small ones on the side opposite the pinion gear shaft side. i should have taken better care when disassembling and reassembly, in my opinion was a newb mistake.
ah ok. Mistakes are nothing more than self education.
