In my experience, all you have to do, is spray a fare amount of either wd40 or gt85 in the front & rear bearings. move it around, let it soak and do the same 2-3 times. and there is no need to take apart your brushless motor weekly. SO long as you keep the bearings lubricated and clean, you will most of the time be fine to go out and use the motor
