U have to upload it to a file sharing site like photo bucket or flickr then put the URL for it in the image tag.

Do you have a yahoo email address? if you do you automatically have a Flickr account which is kinda like photobucket.

Here is how to upload a pic w/o a file sharing.

Click the "Go Advanced" button below the quick reply box, this will bring up the "Advanced" reply page where you can change the color of the text and other stuff
Scroll down a little till you see a "Manage Attachments" button, Click it
That will bring up the "File Upload Manager" window.
At the top right side of the File Upload Manager window you will see a "Add Files" button, click that.
Then click the "Select Files" button.
Search for the file on your 'puter.

In the "home" box, this is where your attachments are 'stored' (if that is the right word).
In the 'attachment box" this is where your files need to be so they will show up in a post. Usually they will be there right after you upload the pic/s. If you want to show the same pic in different threads then you will need to click/drag it from the "home box" to the "attachment box" for each different thread.

Opening a photobucket account is easy and safe fyi. Also a great way to back up your pictures.

Unfortunately only Moderators have file attaching privileges. This is to deter spam and the like.
