I just thought that it has only one balancing adapter so I guess I can't. The lipos have seperate balance plugs.
Ok, I have this Dynamite 6s lipo charger with only one connector to charge one lipo. My question is: I have a Traxxas Y series connector. If I connect that to it, could I charge two 3s lipos since it says maximum 6s 22.2v? Here's a picture of what I have.

Not recommended to charge anything in series (Y connector). You can buy parallel balance connectors online that will plug into the one 3s plug and split off into two 3s plugs. You'll also need a parallel harness for the discharge leads. EPBuddy.com sells the adapters you would need.
