Yeah, dont use the series battery y-harness. If you do, you can throw any traction you thought you had away...
my e revo is pretty awesome, its got an xl 2.5, 550 starter box motor, and dark force nihm battery... i really reccomend the batterys, their only 9 bucks a peice, and better than the traxxas power cells
