clearance in the middle of the chassie its like 3.5 inches and under the skidplates its about 2 inches on the Stampede :D
well my rustler is already good for racing i just need a better steering servo and i beat him in a straight away when his battery was full and mine wasn't.

Thank you guys so much i have decided to go with the stampede and am going to upgrade my rustler to a raceing type car
stampede is taller cant take more jumps and in general looks badass so does the rustler but its lower to the ground.
