what the easiest way to get more steering? ive added a longer servo arm but i barely see the difference.

Have you adjusted the endpoints on your Tx?

yep. but i need to raise the steering link because it hits the center(propeller shaft) of my chassis.

try a couple of washers under the steering arm pivots and raise the servo to suit ... that should be enough to clear the prop shaft and give you more movement ...
If you take it too far tho your dogbones might be prone to pop out on full lock ... get some universal shafts instead.
