Is 1/10 Hobbywing Xerun approved by ROAR?

hi i want to use the 1/10 hobbywing xerun combo for onroad rc racing but is it approved by ifmar and/or roar?

I want to get another motor for bashing, how many turn should i use if i want my car to go 50mph+ on 2s without overheating the esc and killing my lipos? thanks

yes it is roar legal and what kind of car are you running, you're gonna want something around 5.5t or less for that kind of speed. I used to run a Hot Bodies TCX with the hobbywing 4.5t and with proper gearing, i was getting a top speed of around 60mph.
