Blade mCX2 Servo

Hi...
I have this little question about the servos of the Blade mCX2.

Do they align them selves?
So if I would turn the servo till the slider is at it's upper max position.
Will it center it selve when I power up the mCX2? Yes it does center

If they don't.. Is this a possible solution to trim the mCX2 by turning the servos manualy.(while powerd off) Not a possible solution to trim
trimmed the mCX2 using the servo pushrod. Don't have to trim the transmitter to it's "max" to get the right drifting out.
