i only burnt out the motor once and never had an issue with the binding. I would recommend buying the toro micro brushless esc & motor combo from nitrorcx.com. only 23 bucks, you can find dirt cheap servos at hobbyking that will fit and then use a left over receiver. great combo, i will be doing that set up in mine for more speed and power. plus the toro "orange" anodizing finish matches teh helion aluminum upgrade orange exactly so it looks like it was ment for the truck.

So rc an is the receiver part of the esc? And the servo then not a 3 wire model?
