    Plastic vs aluminum ?

Which is better when you break parts, keep it stock or upgrade to aluminum ? I already got an aluminum frame and bulk head. Recently broke part of the steering set up. I mostly bash

aluminum looks good for a shelf queen, but for a basher you would not want to much aluminum. Try to find RPM, PRO-LINE or something like that. A little flex is always a good thing when it comes to not breaking, if you start changing things to aluminum then your just moving the break point to the nearest plastic/weaker part. Steering components, chassis and shock tower is all I myself would do aluminum....IMO

get aluminum if you keep breaking the parts
if they only break once then dont get aluminum
    like the steering linkage
i wouldnt get aluminum if that was your first time breaking it because it can get worn down and then just break
i would only get another set of plastic because aluminum is $30
