Good SC

Hey Guys, I have a question whats a good Short Course for a 1/10scale track and what electronics.

depends if you want a all around truck or a pure racer. to me all sc trucks are good but it really comes down to parts availibilty. get a truck your hobby shop dont have the parts for is really a headache. but in all in all i propose either the slash or the sc10 either version or the blitz ese or ese pro. electronics go with a high torque servo and a roar approved brushless system if you want or a castle system or a traxxas system.

then the slash 4x4 the associated is good but if you into it deeply it would take a while to get it perfect

Losi SCTE
AE SC10 4x4
Slash 4x4

Warning about the Slash 4x4: It has a high center of gravity so its no the best for advanced racer.

for racing i would go with the losi 4x4 and get a tekin rx8 setup thats what im planing on running in mine when i get it. to be honest i would never buy the slash 4x4 beacsue they have a high center of gravity and traxxas is the wal-mart of rc cars

The Slash 4x4 is not a bad racer for newbie/intermediate racers and in fact, I am racing my slash 4x4 with the Losi, AE, and OFNA and its doing fine. My lap times are not far off from the others.

i do agree and disagree the slash 4x4 is good for newbie and intermediate but if hes gonna race full time i wouldn't run the slash 4x4. it would still be better to pick up and a.e, ofna,losi. but all this is in my opinion and experience

Yes I agree with you on that....but only if he is a advanced level racer. Which I do not think he is.
