HPI E Savage

I have the HPI E Savage and it is a great little truck, but I seem to have problems with bending the shocks all the time, It has integy piggy back shocks on it, Doers anyone else have this problem.

WHat do you mean exactly by shocks bending?

the rods in the shocks bend

You may have the shocks too stiff if the rods are bending.

there as loose as i can make them, maybe i should try a thinner oil in them

What shock oil weight did you have in them?

whatever is stock, i really have no idea

How high are the jumps you're jumping?

i would say the truck reaches about 5-6 feet

No wonder! Due to soft shocks, it doesn't have much help when the truck comes down. Try some 50-60wt shock oil. That should help the shocks out when the truck lands. Tell me if it helps out!
