    Cool yes yes newbie,

    hi guys.
my name is aaron and i live in holland the netherlands.
i live on the beach and i mean downstairs and two steps is ton,s and ton,s of sand.
i have flown E helis in the past like a fusion 50 from outrage, mikado logo, trex, blablabla,
and was fairly good at that, piroflips funnels ect ect,
now a year ago i stopped and now living at the beach i want to get a buggy,
now i already am gonna order the mugen mbx6E m-spec,
as for powerhouse well, think the rx8 and a 2050kv motor on 4s will be sweet.
as for a servo? any ideas?
    and for wheels and tires?
the badlands look good as an all round tire on and off road but inserts?
what are thay for? traction? jumping? landing?
and as for rims? i see a lot of rims but which ones fit? all 1/8 17mmhub rims?
    or only mugen rims?.
think i will go sectrum tx/rx for this.
and where can i order things for my mugen? i will use it on the beach first but would like to see what it can do
with some pancar foam wheels onroad but where do i get them? mugen?
any help would be sweet guys.
    kind regards aaron
    roll on mugen!!

you can order them all at amainhobbies.com
a good servo would be the Hi-Tec 7955TG servo.
the badlands are a great tire, they last long on all serfaces, and they get excellent grip on all serfaces to.
the proline V2 closed cell inserts would be good, waterproof and are all around good.
the badlands are for everything, like bashing and you probably will be doing some bashing on the beach with your buggy, but the badlands are also good for jumping and landing.
all 1/8 17mm buggy wheels will fit, make sure they are 17mm though. I personally like the looks of the Proline split 6 V2 wheels. But Ofna has some sick wheels also in a ton of awesome colors, http://www.ofna.com/tires-1-8-wheels.php
    Spektrum is a nice choice.
Jaco foam tires are nice, idk if they make them for 1/8 buggies

    sweeeet, as for front?
think i will go for the badlands first and the closed v2 rims to stop the sand getting in though the rims when cornering right?
    good plan i think.

    thats a common tekin setup
4000mAh would be good, 5000mAh would get you faster speeds and longer runtimes.

ya, 40c should also give you a nice runtime, the 2050kv should give you what you are looking for. im not sure the size of the pinion, but if i were to guess, ya 14 tooth sounds about right.

should be fun! but the 1950kv wont give you as much speed as the 2050kv, just a little less speed but the 1950kv will have less heat.
