My name is Adonis, and I have always enjoyed racing. Had RC cars back in the day, but stopped everything once college came around. Now im just trying to get back into it as its been SUCH a long time.

Any ideas where one can get back in the game to see whats on the market?

Im interested in RC

Cars
Planes
Helicopters
Boats.

Well HEY THERE! I'd start out with cars since they're more fun in my opinion lol. Get whatever suits your preferance and price range.

might start off with a 1/16 or 1/18 scale like mini revo or rc18
thats what got me back in the game

if i were you i would check out a short course truck from one of the big name makers (traxxas, team associated, hpi, tamyia) all fast strong and cheap.. good intro cars

For price, Helis are costly, depending what you get of course, and generally if you crash, it means broken parts... or in my buddy's case, a runaway Heli in a living room, means new furniture and paint on the walls, all on top of a 100% totaled heli

But as many people were saying, ShortCourse trucks are a good way of getting back into it. Although little slower and tough to control and high speeds due to their parachutes of a body, big bumpers, covered wheels, and recent popularity, make them tough and cheap and you won't flip if you end up rubbing up in a race.

find a local rc track, go to the races for a couple weeks and see what gets your heart pumping!

Short Course is the name of the car game right now.
Spartan by Traxxas is the fastest RTR boat on the market right now.
Any Blade heli by E-flite is great to get started in. Align makes some nice full collectives.
E-flite also makes an awesome line up of RTF planes with the Spektrum 2.4ghz radios. No more crystals, glitching, or range problems.
