i have the villeneon 3500 and esc vxl-3s brushless system in a 2wd stampede which i think is a waste for that. anyway i was wondering if anyone knows if i can put that motor and esc into that dxr8 chassis?

the velineon is a 1/10 scale motor system and it will over heat do to the larger load of an 1/8 scale vehicle. So no, dont put the velineon in the DXR8, you can find some really nice "budget" brands that make brushless systems for 1/8 scales
