rc8b opinioins
ok so im looking at getting a rc8b and it looks amazing its everything for 450 and it has a jammin motor and my friends dad was talking to me about it and he said it went across the country to get it built? what would possibly be done by sending it across the country and some sweet internal parts but it has carbon fiber shock towers the shocks feel really really nice and i know the guy who owns it and im positive he really really took care of it the body is so so so so so nice and good looking i couldnt find any cracks and it was custom painted so any opinions? pass or cash :D

it sounds awesome. but check that engine out. you dont want to shell 450 and have to get an all new engine. so get that checked and also have it get a complete run thru. like chack if everything is there make sure the diffs are in working order.

How do I check it out like how to I check the diffs

the only way is to take them apart. are they fluid filled diffs. if so make sure they have diff fluid in them the front rear and middle.
-
or spin the wheels and see if they spin smooth and have no barking sound if they do you need to tighten the diff.
-
and before you buy it get a run of it and make sure you get a feel for it. because nitro is a whole new ball game
-
I know this response isn't really great but used nitro is always a risk, assume the motor has 0 value....
-
If your buying it localy be sure to run it first so you can see how it runs and if everything is in order. If all is well go for it.

Jeremy that's a really good point... cause that'd be 450 for the chassis if something goes wrong...
