    Losi LST XXL

Here are some pics of my XXL.

    Day I got it.

I put RC Raven dual rate springs and Bad Horsie shock covers on before I ever ran the truck.

New Era roll bar came shortly after

This was my first crash (with damage), it happened within the first month.

Shattered front bulkhead, all of the aluminum on the front was bent, cracked both chassis rails, snapped the chassis brace under the engine, cracked the rx box, cracked the rx, bent the main chassis plate and some other things but I can't remember. It didn't look too bad until I pulled the front bumper off, it was holding the front end together.

$28 worth of parts...thank you ebay chop shops. I also use Cow RC products, Heath is a great guy and has the best customer service.

I think I tweaked my header a little.

I'm now in the process of fitting some 1/5 scale tires on it, these are Proline Bow-Ties for the rear of the HPI Baja. I'm having to modify the hexes to work with the LST, they were made for the Savage.

I'm also in the process of switching over to HV servos. I did a single servo mod for my steering, I'm running a titanium geared robot servo with out a servo saver, the servo has 416 oz of torque. After I kill that one, or get bored, I'll get Hitec's monster torque one that puts out over 600 oz.

Tried jumping a street without a real ramp, it landed right before the curb. This made it hit the curb while the suspension was compressed, that meant the full impact went into the front bulkhead and then traveled back leaving a path of broken parts.
