Gearing of your Hyper or Jammin

i just wanted to now what is everybody is running in your vheicles and the gearing ( i dont wana blow up my motor)

What motor are you running....better yet what system are you using? I'm using stock gearing ...13 pinion and 46 spur ...but i'm also running a Novak ballistic 550 4.5 turn with the Novak SC pro ESC w 2s lipo and it runs cool..could probably go up to at least a 15 pinion with no problems .. .

I'm using the same system as u but im using the same stock gearing but with a 14 tooth pinion and if get to thermal shut so i guess I'm gonna gear down thanks for the help

I don't believe you should run into any problems, I have seen guys running a 17 tooth pinion with the Novak system with no issues.
