Ive driven a few before (ive driven a little bit of everything) and pan cars have to be the hardest things ever to drive, the cars themselves turn effortlessly, but they're so quick and have so much grip, you have to have razor sharp and lightning quick reflexes especially on carpet with 12th scale. the 1/8 scale, asphalt ones are harder to control, but dont require as sharp reflexes.
If u want to race, i suggest you get a 1/10 scale touring car and drive that on carpet for awhile first so u can sharpen up you reflexes, then step up to 1/12th scale pan cars.

i want to put like a 9 turn in my pan car. but the tracks are not big enough for that size of motor

I got a Bolink Eliminator, and I have had it since the early 90's I am trying to fix it now. I bought the electrics off a Blitz. I got it all together but everytime I run run it the front wheel falls off. I have put two new E-clips on the axle put somehow they jump ship.Quote:
