Axial AE-2 ESC Problems

Hi guys,

I got an axial scx10 rtr with the new esc . Rangood for a while but now it just wont go , i have steering but no forward or reverse. I tried to reset and it wont work and axial dont want anything to do with . whats wrong with it or is it stuffed?

Maybe it's the Motor? Not the ESC?

Can that screw it up, im running a 45t integy should i try stock motor?

Yes try the stock motor and try recalibrating the ESC to the radio/reciever.

Thanks man i did it before and it has worked, that integy motor must be stuffing with it . ill buy a new stocker for it

Maybe the motor was to high of a winding? but usually ESCs of a lower winding limit, could be just a faulty motor

Yesh im not too sure as i just went for a half hour run at my crawling spot without issues must be the motor

Axial told me I could run that ESC with any motor set-up I liked. true or false?

Not too sure, Mine runs fine with any motor other than the 45t integy. Must have got damaged from water or something as it was working fine in my CC-01

Scott from Axial assured me that you can run any motor with that esc. I'm surprised That Axial doesnt want anything to do with it. Scott was very helpful and took the time to walk me through everything. Check your controller to make sure nothing is switched. I made the mistake of reversing the throttle. Double check and let us know.
