brushless scx10?
I am thinking of getting an scx10 and was wondering whether I should install a traxxas waterproof brushless system? I will probably keep the esc at half power and wanted to know if even that was too much speed? I am asking this because it says nowhere on the axial site it is waterproof. If it is I will use the stock setup with a traxxas waterproof receiver box. I do not trust my waterproofing skills.

Your best bet is to find a small container that
will fit your axial esc and your receiver in it. I have used the xl-5 esc in my scx10 but the drag brake sucks also with the reverse delay it does make it a pain to crawl around with. Try to stock with a Crawler set-up of some kind .... I prefer the goat system with a 55t motor
