my first rim dye

i just dyed my rage stock white rims purple and they look sweet i wish i can show you guys but my computer craped out on me and if you are wondering how im doing this im on my nintendo wii doing this until i get my computer fixed

the best thing to use is rit dye. when dying parts remember your basic coloring mixes ( red and blue make green etc etc) but you also need to remember that you can only go from light to dark, never dark to light. for example........i had some blue rpm parts that i dyed pink which made them look purple.

ive dyed wheels too. you get a pot youre not gonna cook with and bring the rit dye mixed with water according to the package to a simmer, you dont want it to boil. put your part in for like 5mins or so, the longer you leave it in the darker it will be. be sure to keep some clean rags around and wipe up any spills right away.
