I got the tyres today ..and narrowed the front tyres, something I have never done before

with the skills you have you can build it in 5 minutes lol

I might build a vacuum form to make the body, or just zip-tie lexan panels on

zip tie would give it a more realistic look to it but wont be cost affetive with the amount of zip ties you would use you know. but you can and have portion have zip tied for the battery and put industrial velcro on it to keep it closed. like a little hatch
