Awesome runtimes... Keep it in training mode and geared down. You'll love the runtimes. I would definitely break-in the motor and keep it lubed every other battery cycle.
what lube do you suggest
They keep those in stock at hobby shops, also make sure the transmitter (remote) has fully battery because if it cuts out the vehicle will actually control itself and take off in any direction.Quote:

i'm watching craigslist every day trying to find the deal of a lifetime like that one
its a great buy. the thing i hate about brushed is the motors will last 4-6 months if taken care of prperly with brushed motor cleaner and bearing oil. they have decent run time in them.
i'll see what my LHS sells and suggests, but thanks for the info about the cleaner and bearing oil
