Purebred

Brandon, from rcnightmare did a unboxing of the traxxas bandit xl-5. In that unboxing he stated that with some upgrades the bandit can become a purebred race buggy. I have a bandit I I was wondering can anyone help me find those upgrades. I am new to this hobby, and any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If this is your first time racing try going to the track and running some laps before you purchase any upgrades for your Bandit. Secondly, the Bandit will never be a "purebred racer". It is perfectly fine if you are just getting into racing but i don't suggest you spend too much money on it. If you want a "purebred" 2WD buggy racer look into a Losi 22 or AE B4.1 or anything like that.
