replacement for summit tires

i have almost worn down my original traxxas canyon at tires, and i was wondering if anyone knows if i could mount up a set of rear proline trenchers for a baja 5t.

Id go with the big joes from proline or the RC4WD 40 series Rock crushers

You would have to get the 1/5 scale wheels as well. In order to get them to fit, you need 24mm hexes.

Im running big mudslingers with nice twister alloy beadlock rims, works great in the snow and perfekt for my truck and drivingstyle

What kind of terrain are you running on, that would make a difference in my choice

I went with the Proline Trencher 40 series mounted on Tech5 wheels. Much better basher tire, but the wheels narrowed my overall track by 1 inch. My next set will be Trencher X on Desperado wheels. Both are direct 17mm hex bolt ons

That is what i got for mine was your last mentioned. The trencher x bolt on exact. I like them but with anything.g bigger it is harder on the bearings and all that gear. Mine after a short run makes the hex hubs loose on the spindle where the screw goes through and they wiggle a bit. I really liked the canyon tires for rocks and crawling though. I even used super marine goop to patch them up the other day and plugged rim holes so i don't get water in. They are ready for mud now!! :-)
the trencher x is alot stiffer tire too. I am wondering how big The tires are on the losi monster truck are?? They look grabby. I looked at some air filled ones before looked awesome but they didn't make them or the tires that they came with in summit size.
