not familiar with the emaxx, but it probably has to do with a-arm travel that is being the a-arms dont move far enough for the vehicle to bottom out
think of a 1/1 car can bottom out, but a large pickup wont bottom out
I read in a magazine once about the E Maxx. It said something like it's bottomless or it doesn't bottom out. I also watched a youtube video of one unboxing and he was pushing it down saying it doesn't want to bottom out. What causes the E Maxx from bottoming out or is it false adv.?

It doesnt bottom out without alot of force because of rubber shims on the shock shafts.
I reject your reality, and blow it up with C4.

My friends E-Maxx bottoms out all the time. But for ones that don't, It could be just the suspension geometry or the shocks aren't long enough to let the suspension travel that far, or tubing on the shaft out-side the shock that hit's the shock it's self when it compresses. there's many ways of doing it

i saw that video too. its just because of the bigger tires and the shock position setup. if your doing jumps then it probably will bottom out. also i think it would be better to let it bottom out because if it doesn't it puts more stress on the a arms and the shocks.
