Will this Spur gear work with my Traxxas Stampede 2x4

I want to get this spur gear for my Traxxas Stampede 2x4 YES I KNOW I NEED THE 32P PINION http://buy.traxxas.com/product_info.php?products_id=6209 and this is the pinion I think Im getting this pinionhttp://buy.traxxas.com/product_info.php?products_id=6183 so will these mesh up correctly on my Stampede 2wd I was also thinking about gettign this pinion instead http://buy.traxxas.com/product_info.php?products_id=6181 so will these mesh up correctly in my pede 2wd without any mods to the case

I pulled the Pinion from the Stampede 4x4 and the spur from the Erevo brushed

They shoild both work but since the sper gear is flat and now curved you would need to mount the pinion backwards socthe grub screw would be facing the transmission case instead of facing the right rear tire. O but u the hole on the pinion might be to big for the shaft in your motor
