    ok cool. you could try try and get a new motor cause they are rather cheap to buy. because i did that with my mini car and its fine now.

    I see alot of folks talking about these dewalt motors, are they any quicker than the 775s??

    apperently they are faster and have more torque.

    With stock gearing they might be a little faster, but with a lot more torque. Great for crawling and trailing. You can also gear them up a bit. I currently have 18 tooth pinion on my 14.4 Dewalt. It took my otherwise stock Summit from about 20mph to a little over 25mph. Definitely more fun for my son to bash with.

    The also have replacable brushes and stand abuse a little better IMO.

    2 Dewalts are stupid crazy for a Summit, better to invest in Erevo IMO.

    o hey, ooO CuRby Ooo, I found a fan for the ESC. Kershaw Designs makes it and they also make the DeWalt motors.

    I have a 14.4 Dewalt, I'm lucky that I have a Dewalt service center close by! Got it from them for about $32. I prepped the motor myself to save some money and just BC I like doing things like that
