Hot Racing aluminum shock towers

So far not impressed with HR rear shock tower that I bought for my 2x4 stampede project. Man These parts look great, but after some light ramp jumping and a few minor roll overs I bent the adjustable body post mount. So much for aluminum. Some things are better left RPM!

Well I took the shock tower apart and straightened out the bent part. Going to keep using till its mangled to the point of no return, then I will just use the traxxas adjustable body post on the HR shock tower.
