Castle just wants to protect their name. They spend a lot of time and money making some high quality electronics for us R/C'ers. Good thing too. I'd hate to lose a company like that. Lot's of ingenuity there for both air and ground R/C.

well you have to think say you make a extremely awesome over powered toaster would you want people in Asia make the identical thing with cheaper parts?

not shure how well trackstar takes care of warranty either
castle has taken care of one warranty for me with speed and great communication
and also taken care of another problem that was my fault.
castle customer service is great

looks like a lot of power, keep in mind youll have to buy the stampede 4x4 radio box so you have enoughspace to fit the 1-8 scale motor
