I came home with my new Slash yesterday only to find a gremlin in the steering. At first power on the steering servo fully extended to the right. When I fully turn left the servo and tires lined up to center. I thought just re-center the servo hub and be done with it.....wrong. About two minutes in to the first run the steering decided to extend itself fully left.
I've lost all steering control from the radio now. I don't think it's a servo issue because I can get into the programming mode and reverse the servo and it reacts accordingly, but when I try to set the end points nothing happens. Does any one know if there is a magical reset procedure not published in the guide? The radio is the Traxxas 2.4GH that came with the car. I'd call Traxxas support but they are not open on the weekends. Any words of wisdom will be greatly appreciated.
