23t pinion. stock spur. gets 50 or more with that gearing but if you want to run on grass then 19 and it will go about 47 and will cool down faster.

The more teeth a pinion has, the more speed but it takes off torque. The less teeth takes off speed but adds torque. 19T or 20T would be good for offroad if you don't want to overheat the engine.
