I have heard of this LCG Chassis but how good is it? You mentioned a Carbon version but who is the manufacturer?
heres the carbon one

It says the top plate is magnisum an that IS EXTREMELY FLAMABLE!!!!!!! Its kinda scary don't you think?
Yes, but if there's no flame, there's no fire. If your Lipo went of, even if it was aluminum, I think you'd have the same damage anyway. Mg is much lighter then aluminum, and just as structurally strong
top and bottom plate are carbon fiber
the bulkheads are nickel plated magnesium
magnesium is flammable, to start a thick piece on fire you have to get it super hot but dust and shavings start easier thats why they say not to modify (no dremel)
plus it nickel plated
those a-arms would work great on a GT-8 conversion
I guess the nickel plated helps! :D
Stick with the SSC best lcg out there. Great handling on the track and superb customer service. Mark always takes time to help with set up ideas and will give you all sorts of pointers for different terrain.
