traxxas slash 4x4 problems

i have a traxxas slash ultimate and i have a few problems with it.
i have a problem with the shocks. I have like 6 shock spacers (sry my english) in the back of my slash...
Then the other problem i have is that when im out bashing i notice that i sometimes have "2WD" but when i turn the car with the nose down i get 4x4... so pls help me ;)

Get stiffer shock springs and thicker oil.

I don't understand why it is sometimes 2WD.

but what is the best shock springs to use?

your wheels hubs in the front might be stripped and get thicker shock oil and bigger springs
