Traxxas Slash 4x4 Problem

I've only owned my truck for a month now so im fairly new. My truck for some reason when i was going up a hill i noticed the front tires stopped spinning and it was spinning out, so i brought it back to the bottom of the hill and took it up again and it was fine. I got on a flat surface and started driving it again and the front tires stopped again. Anyone know what could be causing this at all by chance? oh and it looked like only 1 rear tire was spinning when the front stopped but im not 100% on that.

slipper too loose? Try tightening it or try upgrading to a center diff

what slipper do i need to check can you use a pic to show me please ive only been doing this for a month now.

What do you mean when you say "Stopped spinning" ? locked up or free wheeling?

If it's free wheeling Jeremy could be right with the slipper, but when you said you went back up and that time it worked fine....hmmm...I would look into your center/front diff to make sure it's not broken/stripped or chipped teeth in your planetary gear, also checking your out-put shafts to see if the set screws have fell out and not it's just spinning......

It sounds like a slipper problem to me. Try resetting the slipper by tightening it all the way and then backing it off one half turn and see if that does it. If that work you wil want to adjust it untill you get just the right amount of slip. I find one to one and a half turns out works good for me.

Make sure your driveline is tightened up.

Take the four screws out to remove the rear end to access the slipper clutch (there's only one). Also check the gear mesh.

I got it fixed I did it myself I guess (if I'm using the right word) the hub where the drive shaft connects to in the back (the very first thing it connects to) was completely loose so that needed re tightened I took the rear end apart and that piece just slipped right off now now I'm all good and redy to run again.
