Worst hobby store I have ever been to! Totally ignored by 2 clerks. No other customers in store. Had planned on buying RC plane & acc. In $200.00 price range.
NO SERVICE NO PURCHASE !
“Frank” must have been having a bad day. I’ve been shopping at this store for 5 years and always get great customer service. The R/C guys are extremely knowledgeable and always keep my son’s car running. Great service and great parts support for Traxxas and others.
Love this shop! My family does rockets, models, and R/C. Ton of stuff in the store and some really smart people behind the counter. I agree with Corey, “Frank” had a bad day. I’ve always received great customer service here.
Watch out they’ll get you hooked!
This is my favorite hobby shop in the Milwaukee area. I do mostly models and remote controll cars and the selection is second to none. Service is better than any of the big shops downtown and the people are more knowledgeable. keep up the good work!

the selection is good and the prices are great.Ive never had a problem with them so i don’t know how there support is but they are very helpful on the phone.shipping is fast and Ive never had a problem there either.over all i would have to say great job
