I much rather use their local branches their website is a total mess.
Fast shipping and awesome price. Local stores cant compare…if I can save almost 100.00 on a item…sorry but, the local store is SOL.
AWESOME but had some shipping issues… but that was because of Aussie customs.

Good selection for most brands with few stocking issues. I wish their shipping was cheaper for smaller orders. Flat rate is nice when you’re ordering a lot, but not so nice when you’re buying a $2 part and are paying $5 for shipping. I get all my orders within a week.

Tower hobbies is quick on shipping but lacks the in stock avalibilty and pricing that off sets the cost of shipping.

Tower hobbies is a great online store they have great prices. But I wish they could get things in stock faster.
Overall this isn’t the best hobby store i have used but it is still pretty good.
Tower has really fast shippping and their prices are a bit high but can be brought down with one of there many coupons that are availible

I have used tower hobbies many times to buy RC’s and and buy parts. Overall it is a pretty good website and I have been happy using them. However, the website does have some flaws. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah and when ever I crash one of my RC’s the Tower hobbies shipping takes about a week, that is a pretty long time for my RC’s to be on the work bench. I also found that they price most of the stuff higher than most other website and hobby shops. Other than that the website is great.

Awesome prices, cheapest shipping I’ve seen to canada, and their prices a sweet. Only thing they need to work on is that terrible site they got, it needs some love.
I don’t usually shop online because my LHS Is very nice.
Tower is usually cheaper though and you can find good Deals & Discounts.
Shipping Isn’t overly expensive and ships within expected date but I dislike waiting so driving an hour to get a new part is worth it to me.
I cannot really rate the support section very well because i have not had a need for it.
Tower has the biggest Selection I would need in the area or Rc that I have. I like to find the items i want on here and use the Manufacture numbers to find the parts on the website of my Local Shop.
If you don’t want to drive or prefer online this is a good place to shop. and if you Google discount codes you may be able to save some money.
